Tuesday 10 – Michael Genford, The I Am Blog

Michael Genford is the author of “The I Am Blog.”  An interesting self-growth study and journey relayed by the author.
I enjoy the positive slant of this blog and appreciate the growth Michael is seeing in his own life.
We are approximately the same age and I find myself on some of the same journeys….  I highly recommend The I Am Blog by Michael Genford.
Thanks for the great read and thanks for participating in the Tuesday 10!

Helen is on her way out the door on…  Big Brother 15

So we know that this week, one of the evicted house guests will be coming back on Big Brother.  It will either be Candice, Jessie, Judd or the houseguest evicted this Thursday, more than likely Helen.  As much as I would LOVE for Judd to come back, how much fun would it be to see Amanda’s face if Helen walks out and walks right back in to fight it out… now THAT would be Big Brother worth watching!

Friday Hero ~ 2.8.13

I am starting to be a bit embarrassed that I am writing about Governor Chris Christie so much recently, but he just keeps stepping up and proving to be the kind of elected official I think we all deserve.

If there were more Chris Christie’s in the world, I think many of the problems with a common disrespect for our fellow-man, especially in our politics, would be eliminated.

With two simple words Christie proved once again this week why I like him so much…. SHUT UP!

Christie proved to be a good sport with his interview and mocking of his weight on the Late Show with David Letterman.

After his appearance some pin head decided to weigh in on a topic that is none of her business and Christie fired back…..

For his candor and for saying what we all want to sometimes, once again this week Chris Christie is my Hero of the Week!
