One of my biggest food challenges is breakfast. I love processed foods. I love carbs, not so much into vegetables and while I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it is much easier to pick up a Chicken Biscuit and Diet Coke from Chick-Fil-A than cook.

This morning I ventured into the NutriBullet world and I have to admit, it was easy, quick and tasty.
My breakfast drink consisted of….
All of those yummy (?) treats blended together into a pulverized drink was on a scale of 1 – 10… a 7.
This product seems to work well and from all the reading I have done, gotten excellent reviews from people who use it.
I am making a commitment to myself to give it a try to see if I can’t get positive results. The manufacturer advises you won’t really feel a lot of change for one week…. 6 days to go!
